Healing Trauma
If left un-addressed, trauma can get stored in the body, at the cellular level. Anxiety, depression, etc. is NOT the issue. Anxiety & depression are a result of the issue. The shock that gets stored in your cells from the traumatic event is what creates the anxiety, depression, etc. It's the result of unprocessed/stuck emotions. Releasing the shock is what stabilizes the nervous system, giving you the ability to go through life in peace. Please note: Healing is a process. It requires your effort and your time. Healing The Inner Child
Coaching sessions are designed to address inner childhood wounds. Beliefs enter and are created through the heart space at an early age. From the heart, the personality is formed. Conditioned beliefs that aren't in alignment with your truth can constrict and close off the heart space. This is how sickness, disease, and the cycle of trauma gets created. Grief Processing
Grief can show up in a multitude of ways. Allowing yourself the space to grieve is what lays the foundation for your next opportunity in life. Grief is a process that can take time to release. Awakenings

Meet Dianna

Dianna's awakening and healing journey began in 2019. In May 2023 she experienced a traumatic event that triggered her second awakening. It was so deep, it resulted in a near death experience where she met the light of God/Source. During her awakening, her teacher appeared. The Master healer Sophie Frabotta. Dianna spent countless hours studying and healing under Sophie. Dianna now carries those teachings forward, with her own approach.
